Go for a walk to stretch your legs or ride a bike to feel the wheels spinning beneath you. Ramble Trailway is designed as an artful seven-mile linear greenspace filled with play lawns, breezy picnic pavilions and people out enjoying the day. It serves as the central spine for a robust trail network—miles of multipurpose pathways connecting every home to lakes, public parks, our amenity centers, planned schools and a future regional bikeway to downtown Celina.
Ramble’s first planned amenity center features a stunning National-Parks inspired clubhouse overlooking a lake, an ever-so-inviting infinity pool with relaxing sun shelves, a festive bier garden, event lawn, food-truck lot, playscape, and dock — all encircled by gracious walking paths and a lush green park.

Nature does her best work in watercolor. Among Ramble’s notable natural features is an 18-acre recreational lake. Shimmering in the sun, it invites waterside picnics, bird watching, fishing, stone skipping and lazily dangling your feet off the end of the pier. It’s one of several lakes, offering healthy habitat for wildlife and wild kids alike.

When neighbors get together something amazing happens. They talk, they laugh and the next thing you know they bond. That’s community. Between Ramble’s lifestyle engagement team organizing events that celebrate the season and spontaneous resident gatherings that celebrate the sunset, this is a place where community is a state of mind.
